Young architects and students from all over the world came to the Traunsee to learn in a practical way how to build in a contemporary way with simple building materials such as earth and bamboo.
Earth is a building material with great potentials. It is available almost all over the world, can be used in many different techniques and is known for its good indoor climate properties, among other things. Used correctly, earth is a durable building material that is also gaining importance again in Europe.
Excursion: Stübing, Open Air Museum

In 2016, a baking oven for bread was built for the boarding students of the agricultural college as part of the Summer School. They should learn the old technique of bread baking. Construction: rammed earth
For the gardeners of the ABZ Salzkammergut a shed was built where tools can be stored, but which also offers a wonderful view of the lake as a resting place. Construction: wood with straw loam, loam plaster (inside and outside)
